Serves for 4-5 person
Ingredients: shark bone (rich in collagen, nourishes the face, strengthens the muscles and bones, nourishes the spleen and stomach), lily buds, polygonatum japonica (sweet and fatty, it is a soft and moist product, edible and non-toxic), chinese yam (sweet in taste and flat in nature, suitable for raw use, and suitable for frying), longan meat (sweet in nature), tangerine peel, and honey dates.
Cooking Method:
- Rinsed all the ingredients. Pour to a pot to add in water and boil.
- After water start boiling, reduce the heat to medium low.
- Cover and simmer on low heat, and takes 1-2 hours to boil the soup. Add salt to taste before serving.
