Cooking Method:
- Rehydrate the Xue Yan (3 grams per person) in water for at least 10 hours.
- The gum would become 20 times in its full volume. Then rinse the gum to remove the impurities.
- Boil the gum in low heat for 30 minutes. Do not boil more than 1 hour or the gum would completely dissolve.
