Description: SWEET

The Iberico Pork Ribs are dry aged for 20 days and smoked to perfection using Applewood. Applewood contains a high concentration of sugar molecules that essentially caramelise the outside of the ribs. The smoke produced by burning applewood infuses a sweet, savoury flavour. During the smoking process, the ribs are then glazed thoroughly with Gula Melaka yakiniku glaze.

  • Single Pack: 1/2 rack of ribs (serves 4-6 pax)
  • Expiry Date: 6 months from production date (keep in freezer)

  • Heating Method:
    - Please ensure item is properly thawed before warming up
    - Oven: Warm up in oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
