Description: A very easy one-pot seafood dish cooked with subtle Chinese herbs and spices. Always found in luxurious Chinese restaurants, king crab claws or whole lobsters are served in the hot clay pot they are cooked. Potted Seafood Seasoning helps make hot clay dishes with seafood, such as prawns, mussels so much easier.

  • Serving Size: 2 pax
  • Instructions:

    1. Soak 100g green bean noodles, drain and cut into shorter thread then mix well with
        contents of this packet
    2. Slice 100g back fat or chicken fat. Place at the bottom of Chinese clay pot
        Alternatively, pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    3. Place green bean noodle on top of the fat, followed by 300g fresh shrimp
    4. Cover and place on stove-top at low heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve while hot

  • Ingredients: Ginger, Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat, Salt), Sugar, Garlic, Coriander Root, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Vegetable Oil (Soybean, Sesame), Salt, Spices (White Pepper, Star Anise).

  • Storing: Store in a cool dry place.

  • Allergen: Contains Soybean, Wheat, Sesame.
