  • Serving Size: 2 pax
  • Instructions:

    1. Prepare 250g scoured and cut squid, 100g diced onion, 50g cut straw mushroom
        or white mushroom, 1 sliced red chilli, 1-2 cut spring onion stalks
    2. In a wok, bring 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil to high heat. Add squid,
        followed with diced onion. Stir-fry until cooked
    3. Add the contents of this packet (50g) and mushroom. Stir-fry until done
    4. Turn off heat, sprinkle with red chilli and spring onion and serve

  • Ingredients: chilli paste 70% (Chilli, shallot, garlic, SHRIMP paste [SHRIMP, salt], palm oil), OYSTER sauce (SOYbean, WHEAT, OYSTER, salt), salt, sugar, SOYbean oil, FISH sauce (anchovy [FISH], salt, sugar), stabilizer: xanthan gum, flavouring.
