INGREDIENTS:
(A) Marinade: Black Pepper, Salt, Spices Mix.
(B) Crispy Flour: Flour , Salt, Rice Flour, Corn Flour , Black Pepper, Baking Powder and Spices Mix.
PREPARATION :
1kg Chicken meat, 2 pcs. of egg white.
COOKING METHOD:
1. Add (A) marinade in chicken meat, mix well and set in the fridgeat at least 1 hour.
2. Add egg white in chicken meat and mix well.
3. Coat meat evenly with (B) Crispy Flour one by one.
4. Heat up half a pot of oil (about 3 to 4 minutes) and deep fry chicken meats fillet until golden brown. When cooked remove and drain.
